More information is needed internally before a decision can be made. Nothing is needed from Redtail clients at this time.

This is a needed feature; it has been years with no movement on this. Clients work at their pace, not ours, and if a client takes part in any step of a workflow, it could delay the whole thing, or if one team member completes a step late, it looks like the whole rest of the workflow is now also past due.
