An error occurred while saving the comment Robin commentedAs a CRM for financial advisors it would be extremely prudent to have at least 5 risk tolerance fields at a bare minimum. Three is totally unacceptable and far from following the "know your client" rules.

An exact date is worthless. We need to know the month(s) a client would like to be seen. Your system has overcomplicated this process to the point that if you don't run a list after a review date has passed for a client and it's one of their recurring dates - they arent caught in the list because your list runs off of the top box. Therefore all reviews have to be ran before the date. Plus Advisors mess up the review boxes all of the time. Just make it months that you check mark - so much easier.
