    Agreed. The field that imports from RBC only shows "RBC (etc.)" and their account number. It's unfortunately a "key" field for the data import so if you edit it a duplicate record for that account is created which can wreak havoc with portfolio value (doubles it!). An account nickname would save all kinds of time spent on looking up the number somewhere else to verify which account it is.

  3. When adding a note to a client, it would be helpful if there was a prompt to link the note to their spouse.
