I second James. My firm looks at risk profile as 1-5. Moderate, high, low doesn't tell us anything. This section is vital for all investment advisors. If we can't customize it then we're missing a crucial piece of information. Big ups on tailwag, it is light years ahead of redtail; keep it up and you'll get caught up with Wealth Box in no time!
