    It would be nice to have an "Update" button in comments that has the ability to notify other users - sending ONLY that particular update.

  7. A ticket response, by mail, needs to give detail on what the ticket was about.

  10. We miss the feature of having the option to select a recurring event happen on "the first, second, third, fourth Sunday of the month"...etc
