Currently all of our contact's documentation is stored and shared on Microsoft SharePoint. It would be ideal if we could link to the shared folder as opposed to having to upload all documents and have documentation in two places.

I agree with this and would add that the note should update real time, even if the task hasn't been finished, because sometimes we might need to take a note on a task but we aren't able to complete it.
