An error occurred while saving the comment Anonymous commentedMary, I don't know if anyone has reached you but you can set this up using the advanced search and creating a quicklist based on Active Clients. If any field changes that doesn't match that, they'll be removed and reversely if they become an active client they'll be added to the list automatically. Hope you're able to find what works for you!

The suggestion may be planned, but there is no timeline on this feature being added.
This suggestion is remaining open and can continue to gather votes and comments!
An error occurred while saving the comment Anonymous commentedPlease add this! There are no multiple threads for this. This one alone back dates prior to 2017 and it seems the comments are used heavily.

As new users of the CRM, comments are frequently being used since notes cannot be edited. When you work as a team sometimes notes needed to be added to, corrected, etc., however you can't do this in Redtail. Which makes the comment section fairly dire and yet easy to overlook bc there's no alert system to it.
This would be easier then having to do a custom export report, editing it, and then sending it back to Redtail for a bulk update.
