  3. Adding CSA to the clients contact details section, while maintaining writing and servicing advisors. Not just under roles and permissions.

    It is ridiculous that EVERYONE in the office cannot see who the CSA is for a client account. Visibility should not be limited to only ADMINS. We should not be forced to create a UDF for CSA so that it is visible when you already have a field for it. You just need to show it! Please put where the Servicing Advisor and Writing advisor is. PLEASE!! Thank you.
