Why is this not dealt with yet? I was told it would be under review well over two months ago..... arg.... so frustrating because this is an essential part of our business.

It is such a serious issue in our office - that I called Redtail about it. I was told this only acts as a "recommendation" and is not meant to be a standard feature..... But it is essential to our core business as well as compliance.
We should also be able to pull a retroactive list of clients who should have been contacted. The program does not allow for this either.
This has to get fixed fast otherwise, what is the point of this RedTail program?
