    It would be great if there were the ability to link to more than one contact from the abbreviated "create activity" box. Yes, you can link to multiple contacts once you're in the "create & edit" screen, but that triggers the "activity created" email before the activity is fully ready.

    After a conversation with a Redtail support staff member, I did find a way to work around getting two emails. Do NOT assign anyone to the activity before clicking "Create & Edit." That avoids having the first email sent out which has no details.
    THOUGH, it would be REALLY great if there was a "Description" box in the abbreviated "create activity" box.

  7. When creating new activity, give users the option to make the "more details page" the default.
