    It would be great if we could have past due and upcoming buttons on the "workflow tasks to do today" box, just like we have on the "Things to do today" box.

  4. Add Basic Contact Data (phone, email, DOB, SOC#) as a side column so that when we are in Workflows,we can see that data without clicking out
