    I tried creating a custom export, but that's an ugly Excel sheet & needs a ton of massaging before putting it in front of the client to approve. The layout of the Contact Detail Report is good, it just needs to include all the information, not just part of it.

    It would be wonderful to have a billing timer in Redtail - or at least one that integrates well. "one hour on Jones task A, 30 min on Smith task b" etc.
