In other words, if Jones had a review in Feb 2015, the next review is due Feb. 2016. If that review DOESN'T HAPPEN, there is no way to tell, as the review date automatically moves to Feb 2017. There needs to be a button to say whether the review actually happened. Then you could run a report with "Last Review" "Past Due Review" and "Next Review". Knowing which ones are Past Due would be very, very useful. Having it automatically move to the next year gives you inaccurate data.

An error occurred while saving the comment Lisa commentedNon-traditional families, extended families, son-in-law, grandchild - these things should be able to be connected via family tree, without forcing addresses to change. Adult children living in another state, grandchildren don't live with grandparents but are in the will...
Lisa supported this idea ·An error occurred while saving the comment Lisa commentedI love your family tree. I do not love that you have to destroy it when a child marries. There should be a provision for the family tree to show ALL relations, whether connected financially or not.
This relates to end of year reports on family groups, who is a generational client for reporting, etc.
If a daughter marries & her name changes, you have to remove her from the family tree, which means any new employees have no way of knowing she's Mr. & Mrs. Smith's daughter, who has had accounts with us for 15 years, and just became her own separate client last month.
An error occurred while saving the comment Lisa commentedMemberships is awful for family connections.
I love the family tree that you have started under "head of household." The problem is, the kids grow up, get married & have kids of their own & you have to actually disconnect the family tree or all the addresses & phone numbers mess up. The family tree should allow for grown, out of house children, grandkids, extended family, etc. This would greatly facilitate client interactions on the phone. "Mr. Jones! How are your grandchildren, Mary & Jo?" -

Lisa supported this idea ·An error occurred while saving the comment Lisa commentedI just registered for a Redtail webinar. When I select "Add to Calendar", it has the options of Outlook, iCal & Google, but not Zimbra/Redtail. Our office is moving away from Outlook. Can you add an option to put it directly onto our Redtail calendar?

Lisa supported this idea ·An error occurred while saving the comment Lisa commentedNot just steps & tasks, but full descriptions. It currently prints the Task descriptions (if you use Google print from the upper right corner with the three dots), but not the Step descriptions. This is extremely useful when reviewing newly-built workflows with the rest of the office (who don't build workflows, just comment as I'm building them.)

An error occurred while saving the comment Lisa commentedIt would be wonderful to have a billing timer in Redtail - or at least one that integrates well. "one hour on Jones task A, 30 min on Smith task b" etc.

Two suggestions:
1. If a client is no longer active, have them automatically removed from review reports.
2. I understand the auto feature of when the next review happens, but there is no way to indicate in these fields that a review with the client has actually been scheduled, or that a review that is due has been done, or is past due.
