As a result, we are shopping for another CRM. The start date should never have to be changed in order to see your task on your dashboard. The dashboard should reflect the tasks/activities by DUE DATE. In addition, many tasks are in a "pending" status because we are waiting for a client to return documents for example. It would be very helpful to have a category/status "Pending reply", or "Pending Other Action" so we can quickly see which items we are to act on, and which ones we can't yet act on. The sorting feature by start date is a major flaw in this system.

AGREE!! I have to move my start date every day so that I don't have PAST DUE Activities. I've made the suggestion myself to fix this.
