RMD Ages in Contact Information
Someone just emailed me asking about putting the client age in years and months (78.8 years) so they can see the client's exact age for, example, taking a withdrawal without penalty. They suggested it would be in the Contact Details under the DOB. Thanks!
Redtail’s Product Owner has read the suggestion and there is some internal discussion needed in order to determine next steps.
This suggestion is remaining open and can continue to gather votes and comments!

Please Please make this happen. It lowers the possibility for error especially for IRA withdrawals at 59.5. Even one day off and the client will end up with an IRS penalty.

Similar to Salesforce, I would like to see my client's exact age. ie: 70.5 not just 70. Now, I have to do the math to calculate exact age when trying to find out when a client needs to take an RMD.

As a Redtail user, there is one seeming easy edit I would LOVE to see. In the "Contact Details" box for each contact, could you PLEASE show the "Age" and "Years" in the Client Since date, as number with one decimal number??
As in 45.7, instead of 45. For example, right now I have a client that was a client since 11/12/2012. It shows that they have been a client for "2 Years," when it has barely been a year and a half. I always have to double check those dates, as I never know if they have been a client for 1.5 years, or 2.4 years ... and same with the Birthday.
That is one thing that Junxure did, that I loved. I could quickly see if their birthday or client anniversary, or wedding anniversary was quickly approaching, or had just passed.
Any help here would be tremendously appreciated. Thank you!

display ages with one decimal point. Helps quickly determine how close a birthday is at a glance.
