I would love to see this idea implemented. The Workflow Checklist PDF does NOT list out what Outcomes you have linked to a Step.
I needed to see the Outcome information and just spent an afternoon using a very tedious work-around just to get the Outcomes listed next to the Steps in ONE document.
I needed this so I could share it with others for verification that the Workflow and Outcomes were correct. Rather than making everyone in the office who would use this Workflow test it and the various Outcomes in a dummy Contact record, it seems like you should be able to easily see the Outcomes listed next to their Step.
I called RedTail Support today to make sure I wasn't overlooking something. The rep verified that there is no way currently to see what the Outcomes are on the Workflow Checklist.
The current options seem "user-UNfriendly.”
