    Yes, this would be a great compliance feature for Redtail to have. I doubt other CRMs have this.

    Yes, this would help keep everything organized rather than forcing users to make a note for everything in fear of not being able to search for it later.

    It really just needs to be an additional type in the Notes filter section.
