  2. need to connect adult children to thier parents, women often have different last names. Hard to find 3 years later.

  3. In "Comments" when adding a note related to the original, please add a spot to notify a team member. We have been asking for this for years.

  5. Please make it possible again to view the entire contents of ALL of the notes, not just the older ones. This is very problematic for us.

    Why would you even make this change??
    Our office has submitted multiple requests w/a much higher priority over the years which still has not been done. E.g., review frequency for semi annual and quarterly and "comments" under notes for the capability to "notify" someone. All have been voted on a lot with no results.
