be able to choose multiple categories on an activity
Would like to be able to assign/choose multiple categories for an activity or note. Sometimes more than one category applies.

Even if Redtail could switch the categories drop down list to a select all that apply list, would make this better. And then being able to run reports based on Types and Categories is needed. Also, if Redtail could enable us the create new lists under Manage Your Account -> Manage Database Lists -> Activities and Notes. This could allow us to further deepen our hierarchy description fields, rather than having to depend on naming conventions/keywords which are hard to capture in reports and can easily be mistyped.
