    When the current date is past the start date, but not the end date, activities should not be considered "past due." It is due on the end date, that is why there is an end date. It makes no sense why that activity is considered past due because it isn't supposed to be ended yet.

    Have created automated workflow for when a new contact record is created, and have found that when I combine duplicate records this workflow is triggered. This should not happen and is unnecessary.
