When creating a new account the Widget should be smart. If you are creating a life insurance policy it should automatically populate the field you actually use for life insurance (death benefit, premium, policy date, etc.) it should do the same thing for all other insurance products as well as brokerage accounts. There is no reason you should have to click on several separate sections just to create one new account. It should give you everything you need in one screen.

This would be very helpful since most of our accounts are at the same company but the managers and strategies are differenct

The crux of the problem is that you HAVE to go into the head of household. I'm not even sure why there even has to be a head of household. Let all linked records just link. It will make it intuitive for new users and make it easier for existing users. Although it can be done "in a certain way" it is inconvenient. Some people might disagree but I'm sure there are a ton of people who agree that don't post or even come on this page.
