Update to above request "Redtail Client Review scheduler"
Our office is looking for some way that Redtail can help automate our client review process.When a client review is scheduled if, RT could automatically schedule a prep task 3-4 days prior to the review date and a follow up task immediately after the review for the rep assigned to. Also create prep task one week prior to the review date and follow task immediately after the review for the rep’s assistant.If you need some clarification on what we are looking for please contact me.
