PLEASE create the ability to run one report to list all beneficiaries for client's accounts (with option to run a family report from the family page).
For our purposes, we create (by hand at this time) a verification sheet for every client's appointment. This sheet is presented to client before appointment to ensure we have proper and all contact information, ssn, and beneficiaries are where they need to be (In some cases, death/divorce, clients forget or didn't think to update their beneficiaries. This verification process brings it to their attention.
The personal profile report is great for this purpose, but does NOT include beneficiaries for their accounts (although it DOES list their accounts). Hopefully, this is an easy thing to add to that report.

Please make prior seminars clear off the calendar. Of course we would still need to view prior seminars in our seminar list, but they should not remain in our calendars forever. Once a seminar has past, it should drop off the calendar.

Absolutely! The few "fixes/changes" made last time were okay, but failed to meet the one request that every single person requested in our last chain of suggestions about this matter. PLEASE MAKE THE CALENDAR PRINTABLE TO OUR PERSONAL NEEDS. There is currently no option to remove weekends from the printout. Why? Make it an option. There is currently no way to increase the size of the calendar without losing parts of the calendar that are also needed. Suggestion: download to a word document rather than .pdf as a word document can be modified to each personal preference. Or, as previously requested in MANY MANY suggestions, permit users to modify/specify what they want before the .pdf file is created. Thank you.

Let me please add to this and request that the print be larger and bolder when printing calendars. I print just a weeks worth, in landscape and the font must be 3? or 4? Nearly impossible to read

The idea to print a calendar (or anything for that matter), is to read it. However, the print out from Redtail calendar is approximately a 2 - 3 pt font. Nearly impossible to read and there are no options to change it. I also am unable to find a way to NOT print the weekends, as that serves no purpose for our business and might make the print out larger. Correcting this would be much appreciated. Thank you

This would be great. My suggestion is to make them print under each account when you print a client portfolio summary (the accounts already print on a separate page, please add the beneficiaries under each account).
