An error occurred while saving the comment I'd be happy if you found a way to do this with Google Apps. That to me would seems to solve a lot of issues in terms of sync.

An error occurred while saving the comment Howdy Redtail. Any thoughts on adding a social aspect to Redtail? I'm not talking about links to a profile...But real, true, integration.
You can start simple...How about just pulling in photos from FB?
An error occurred while saving the comment Really? No response since August? I'm drying for this!!! Ok. Not dying but having to go lot of places for my data. CRM needs and must be social.
I needed a contact tonight and went to FB and my OS X address book. Both had the data I needed. To bad there was no way to get into RedTail.
I also have several key phone conversations recorded from my day on my 8x8 phone system that I would love to have show up in RedTail.
It can be done. It would be nice to get some feedback on what you are planning to do with social. Engage your customers Let us know you get social and you have something coming.
Heck..Call me and work with me. Let's use the API and do some testing on my account.

If you had google apps sync this would be handled by google :)
