    It would be great if you could create workflow in a diagram/flowchart/org-chart format. It would allow for a more complete overview of how the workflow is created and to better see any missed steps, tasks and outcomes. I find it difficult to work with at it is currently set up and feel overwhelmed trying to complete a simple work. Going back to check your work and finding that the workflow is not doing what it should is very disappointing.
