    It would be convenient if email only customers or non CRM users that monitor email for compliance had a portal or interface to access email archives without having to log in to or have access to the CRM.

    Additional email viewing permissions such as being able to place permissions on specific addresses or limit users/teams to only seeing specific emails in email history in addition to their own.

    A report that lists email addresses found in email history that do not have contact records to link to.

    More and more recently I get requests for a report or interface in someway to see what email addresses are linked to client records and which ones are not. It seems like users would like to be able to run a report or some sort of real time interface that indicates if an email went through the servers that doesn't match any record in Redtail.

    Show contact status changes on timeline. If any field of the contact details section changes a note on the timeline would be beneficial, but specifically their status.

    This should be a direct integration. Drives customers and employees crazy. This would cut out quite a bit of retriever calls and be a major selling point on our email system.
