It seems like users would like to be able to run a report or some sort of real time interface that indicates if an email went through the servers that doesn't match any record in Redtail.

An error occurred while saving the comment Nikki Schmelz commentedThis should be a direct integration. Drives customers and employees crazy. This would cut out quite a bit of retriever calls and be a major selling point on our email system.

It would be convenient if email only customers or non CRM users that monitor email for compliance had a portal or interface to access email archives without having to log in to or have access to the CRM.
