HTML Email Tracking
Users would like the ability to track whether emails were opened or how often they are opened through HTML tracking.
Similar to the reports you can get when using constant contact about who has opened an email.
Redtail’s Product Owner has read the suggestion and there is some internal discussion needed in order to determine next steps. This suggestion is remaining open and can continue to gather votes and comments!

Email Blast Analytics
Enhancing the Email Blast capabilities to include analytics. Analytics would include- who did and didn't open, links clicked, which emails weren't delivered and reasoning, etc.
That way we could see which emails of an email blast were being delivered and opened and which emails weren't. This would be helpful for deciding what content to send out via email blast versus other methods.

In addition to email integration (not needing to switch back and forth between CRM and email provider), email tracking should be standard to track open/click rates. Wealthbox CRM does this exceptionally well.
