An error occurred while saving the comment Jennifer Goodworth commentedIt's been over a year with no change in this. It's clear that this is something that needs to be implemented. Where do the discussions stand?
Jennifer Goodworth supported this idea ·An error occurred while saving the comment Jennifer Goodworth commentedIt would be nice if they could somehow have a field where you could indicate if Trusted Contact was declined, as is probably going to be the majority of cases. We need to be able to indicate that the client was asked this information and declined.

Jennifer Goodworth supported this idea ·An error occurred while saving the comment Jennifer Goodworth commentedAutomations for workflows are created to trigger a workflow for specific activity types. However, sometimes the type of activity needs to be changed, which would require a different workflow with different steps. Once the original workflow is generated and you update the "Activity Type", it does not update the workflow to correspond with the new activity type. This has to be done manually. This should be done automatically. We use different workflows for different types of meetings. Not all steps are required for each meeting type. When the wrong type of meeting is chosen in the original task and needs to be changed, we should not have to worry about making sure the workflow is updated. It should be an automatic.
An error occurred while saving the comment Jennifer Goodworth commentedWe have several different appointment "types", with different workflows that correspond with each type of appointment. When an appointment is created, you must choose the type of appointment from the dropdown menu. However, sometimes this is forgotten, and the person scheduling has to go back in and "edit" the appointment type. At that point, it will still not attach the correct workflow. It must manually be added. Is there a way to attach a workflow, regardless of the process taken when creating the task? Whether the correct appointment is chosen initially or later added, it should still connect it to the proper workflow.

An error occurred while saving the comment Jennifer Goodworth commentedI've seen comments on "Primary" Contact and folks stating that it is redundant information. Primary Contact and Trusted Contact are NOT the same thing.

An error occurred while saving the comment Jennifer Goodworth commentedYou should be able to enter any and all pertinent information for an activity right from the original pop-up box. Having to click "create & edit" is not efficient, and it also creates multiple notifications for the same activity. At the very least, you should be able to add a note or description and also select who should be notified. Once.
Jennifer Goodworth supported this idea ·An error occurred while saving the comment Jennifer Goodworth commentedIt would be nice if you could input everything that might be needed on an activity right from the first screen, rather than having to "save & edit". For instance, if I want to notify certain groups of the activity, I have to save and edit simply to notify them. I should be able to do this all from one screen.
Not sure I understand this one. The current day is highlighted in a different color.
