    In the CRM besides the heading presets for changing font size add actual fonts and font sizes under preferences for broadcast emails. Or at least allow user to maintain formatting from copying and pasting from word.

  2. When creating new activity, give users the option to make the "more details page" the default.

  3. The "Comment" option at the bottom of an old note is great for this but it doesn't stand out very well. Maybe Redtail could make it more not
