Hey Dale! They can change the Default by going to their Preferences and change the Default Activity Type under the Activity Management section. Once it is changed then they can update or unselect Task in the Retriever Cloud Setup.

After you "Permanently Delete" a Contact Record, you can always reach out to Redtail Support and have them restore any Contact Record. Contacts are never permanently removed from the CRM so you won't have to worry about losing information that you might need.

Hello! Nickname, Email Address, and Address are all searchable by typing the value in the "Search Contacts" box at the top of your screen. You can also choose to be more specific by using Advanced Search for these same fields.

I would suggest using the Notes By Contact report in the Reports section. You can use the filters to narrow down to a specific Contact and Date Range. That report even shows Notes in pages, so you can easily jump to the last page of Notes.

This is automatically done when using Linked Notes inside the Activity instead of adding notes in the Description box.

This can currently be done by assigning the Workflow Tasks to "Creating User" in the Workflow Template

To clarify, you are stating that you want to add 18 separate WFs and not 18 Clients to one WF, correct? I would love to see this as an option in the Tailwag version as well.

Hi Charlotte! The Filter By Status in the Seminar report is currently optional. It will automatically send all contacts when none of the boxes are selected. It will only limit the contacts if you check one or more of the boxes.
