Anonymous supported this idea ·An error occurred while saving the comment Anonymous commentedI'd like Category change to be a trigger event. We send cards to our high value clients. If a client transitions from "service only" to fully engaged I'd like to get a reminder to update things with our card vendor or have RT create an activity for me.
It really makes no sense whatsoever to not include this as a feature. If a link has broken for one client it allows us to quickly see if the issue is impacting others and find a solution.
