An error occurred while saving the comment Stephanie Kelm commentedI suggest you filter the reminders by servicing advisor. We have five reps in our office and they do not need to see everyone's reminders. It just becomes cluttered and messy.

When creating an automation, I would like to specify it for a user. Example: When an activity is created with the type 'Client Appointment' and the user is 'Scott Klatt', then the "Scott Prep" workflow should be attached to it (or an automatic task should be assigned to his assistant one day before)
