I've put a lot of work into creating functional workflows for our company. One thing that would have made their creation easier is a real-time and editable workflow diagram.
I would love it if Redtail had a "split-screen" option when creating workflows. One side would show the workflow as the current Task List. The other would show the Workflow Diagram. The Diagram would show Steps with associated Tasks in boxes that could be moved in a way that makes sense to the creator. Outcomes would be shown with a simple line and arrow linking box to box. A workflow start and workflow complete shape should also be included. Any of this could be edited from a simple drop-down menu attached to the Step, Task, or Outcome. Clicking edit would take you to the current Task List view, allowing you to edit the details.
Currently, I use another free, open source program to do this. The diagrams have helped me visualize what is happening and what can be improved within the workflow. The diagrams have also helped with training our staff how to use the workflows most effectively.
As it is, Workflows are an amazing tool. I would love to see this improvement so they can be used to their fullest potential.

Add "Servicing Advisor Changed" to the Automation Triggers list. This would allow us to the Advisor, Associate Advisor, and CAS Rolls automatically. This would be nice since the Rolls are a bit buried in the menu and Workflows can be assigned by Roll.
