    Try opening more than one Redtail page at a time. Keep one as calendar, and one for everything else.

  3. Please fix past due tasks to show on contact page again (Twelve month window).

    Also, make the Important Information icon in the upper right on a contact's page a VERY different color or fill in the icon with a solid color -- somehow flag it more noticeably when there is actual information there.
