This idea would apply to contacts and activities.
With the abundance of mapping services available now, Redtail could offer a number of new functions and features.
    1. Map Addresses - Within a contact record, provide a button that opens a Google, Bing, Map Quest map showing where a contact is located. This map could offer directions as well.
    2. When creating a new Calendar Event/Activity, allow the user to select a location (Advisors office, clients home, clients work, other manually entered address) and link to a map.
    3. Create a map from Qucklist or advanced search. This function allows a user to create a list of all A Clients (example) and shows them on a map. Another example would've all prospects entered in the last 10 months. Showing these on a map provides actionable intelligence on effectiveness of marketing efforts.

    The possibilities are huge.

Michelle.Machiri, I believe, if you look all through this system of suggestions and requests, people are not looking for an Outlook solution for sharing appointments, but a Redtail solution. In 2016, a technology company should seek to fulfill a request or add a feature in a way that is simple, efficient, and accomplishes the goal in a way that exceeds expectations. Entering an appointment in one system (Redtail) only to have to sync, go find that same appointment in Outlook, open it, hunt for the contact and their E-mail, enter that, then save and send a meeting request...... That's not simple or efficient and it certainly does not exceed expectations. Heck, if that appointment gets cancelled or changes, links may be broken, people may or may not get notified. Who knows wha may happen.

For the last 5+ years, when I go to the doctor, lawyer, accountant, or other professional appointment, when i set the appointment, these professionals send me an Invitation in E-mail and all I have to do it click/tap on "Accept", "Decline:, "Request new Date/Time and, Bingo, it's on my calendar. I didn't have to write anything down, I didn't have to take a card from the admin and go manually enter it. They just send me the invitation.
PLEASE include an option to "Invite" a contact or contacts to a meeting.

This would be a tremendous value! A valid pipeline report is priceless.

Opportunites without outcomes and benefits associated seem half-baked. An opportunity should include products or services that may come from them, possible revenue/commissions, and expected payment dates of those if converted to new business. The revnue piece is a little involved but can be easily done. Select a product or service, enter % payout or fee, enter dealer concession, calculate net expected revenue. Create a report and business suddenly becomes more predictable.
