Redtail’s Product Owner has read the suggestion and there is some internal discussion needed in order to determine next steps. This suggestion is remaining open and can continue to gather votes and comments!
An error occurred while saving the comment Maggie Green commentedHaving the flexibility to add "last review date" would be very helpful, as we can then post out a future due date based on the last actual review date! As the tool stands now it is useless to us.

An error occurred while saving the comment Maggie Green commentedWe often put progress notes into the Description field of the activity. Having a time stamp / initial tool on the toolbar would make it SO MUCH easier to track who is working on an activity and what the last follow up was.

An error occurred while saving the comment Maggie Green commentedHaving the option to print linked Activity items (such as linked notes) would be extremely helpful - otherwise if one has a printed activity that they're working on, they have to go back and hunt for the background info which is very inefficient.

Agree. This is a big drawback and makes us spend a LOT of time managing redtail rather than managing our business. We put start and end dates in for a reason - they need to stay open for a while! End date is useless in its current iteration
