Add a time stamp to activities
Add a time stamp at the end of every documentation or update on activities. When I previously worked with Junxure, they had a CTRL + J feature that would time stamp with initials of who wrote it.

Every program I've ever worked with has always had a time stamp on activities. This one doesn't even time stamp when the task was created. This would be a very helpful tool.

We also had this at another broker-dealer and it was so helpful for complex tasks that had many people working on them.

Agreed, this would be a very helpful feature. The date/ time/ initials stamp for the description section of Redtail activities would cut down on the typing time and typos in activities that are moved from day to day and/or from person to person (which is very frequent in our firm). Thus, the progress notes from each day's/person's works would be clear.

We often put progress notes into the Description field of the activity. Having a time stamp / initial tool on the toolbar would make it SO MUCH easier to track who is working on an activity and what the last follow up was.

Seems like a simple coding fix that could bring daily convenience to many users!
