Make Retriever for Imaging Mac-Compatible
Any progress yet with making Retriever compatible with a Mac for uploading docs into Imaging? Our office is migrating to Macs and it'd be nice to have the quick drop with Retriever when we need to efile a large portion of documents.

Provide more/easier alternatives for uploading into folders
Would love automatic backup of certain (client) folders on my local hard drive into Imaging so as not to require a select and upload type of transfer into Imaging. (I do have cloud backup of my entire local hard drive into another service, but would love a seamless integration into Redtail CRM through the Imaging service.)
Or even a right click on a file/folder on my hard drive and have an option to upload into Imaging.
All of the current uploading methods take too much work; too many steps in the workflow. The effort is not worth the benefit of…

Search Function in Imaging
be able to search imaging with Rolodex by letter at top... not SCROLL or search ALL files

Add general folders to multiple client folders, without having to go into each folder.
When you have a lot of client folders in Imaging and you would like to add a folder saying "notes" into all the folders, it is very difficult and time consuming to go into each individual folder and add the general folder. I would be much easier and faster if you could create the general folder and select the client folders you would like to add it to.

link to client search options
If there are several records in the database with the same or similar names, it would be nice to be able to search by Social Security Number (SSN) or other record information when trying to link the folder to the client file. In other words, I want to link John Smith's CRM record to his Redtail imaging folder. There are several "John Smith's" in our CRM database, so I would like to search by his SSN to ensure that I link it to the correct record.

Add a "delete a page option" in Imaging prior to uploading.
Sometimes when scanning the scanner may miss feed causing the scanned page to look blurry or cooked, also sometimes it will pull several pages at a time. The choice now is to save messed up or unreadable pages or hit the back button and loose all pages and start over.

Uploading page order
- When uploading a document, it doesn't take me to the indexing page.When you go to scan a document and save it. it asks you to index.
- Also it doesn't take you back to the client folder when it is finished can you have it direct you 1 to the indexing page 2 and then to the client page

Link to client accounts
It would be really helpful if we could link the folders to the client accounts directly from Retriever. Currently, we are having to go back to the Redtail Imaging website simply to perform this function.

search function in retriever
When using Retriever for Imaging, why is there no search function/feature? In 'Imaging,' there is. To find a client/folder, I must start at the top and work my way down all the way to the folder I am trying to upload to.
Instead, there should be a 'search' button where the client name can be typed in, and the results would show any/all folders with that client name.

Software Update - Dynamic Web TWAIN HTML5
Please please please update the Redtail Imaging software. You guys are using the Dynamic Web TWAIN HTML5 Edition, version 11.1.831, while Veo uses the newer version 12.3.412. This requires our office to install the new version, upload a check, uninstall the program, and then re-install your version to be able to scan anything to Redtail Imaging afterwards. Life would be so much easier if you would update the software to the newer version. Please.

Sorting Images Without an Institutional Index List
There needs to be a way to sort the list alphabetically vs date updated so that you could index all of a clients files quickly. Date uploaded isn't very helpful. The being able to index multiple files at once is a great improvement, but if all the documents aren't together on the same page it makes it more difficult to be efficient.

Add a defult setting to the scan feature in Redtail Imaging
We try to be a very green office so almost all of our office documents are double sided to save paper, I would love to set the Imaging scan feature to the Duplex Mode as a default. Yesterday, I accidentally forgot to check the duplex box and had to double check and re-scan everything. The ability to choose a default would be very helpful and greatly appreciated!

Ability to increase the font size in Retriever for Imaging.
For those of us who are aging - it would be nice to be able to increase the font size of Retriever for Imaging. Support suggested using the Ctrl+ button, but that does nothing.

Return to same page during indexing
After indexing an item on page 10, Redtail currently returns to page 1. It would be helpful to be returned to Page 10 or whatever page I was using.

Imaging Retriever- add keyboard shortcuts.
I'd like to do things in retriever using keyboard shortcuts-- ctrl+x to cut, ctrl+v to paste, ctrl+n to create a new file. The only keyboard shortcut that works is F2 to rename a document or folder.

Ability to add Index from Retriever for Imaging.
It would save me SO MUCH time if I could add institutional indexes from retriever. Maybe as an option with a right-click? I feel like there should be a "quick-index" feature where I can automatically index 4-5 fields (that I can set in my preferences/settings)for faster indexing and bulk uploading.

Add indexes with "enter" key
...instead of having to click the "+" button, I'd like to add indexes by pressing the enter key. Also, I'd like the cursor to automatically go back to the box it was in before I added the index.
Currently, after we add an index, all of the categories minimize and you have to click to expand the field you need and then click again to get into the text boxes. It would be nice to be able to do this with just the keyboard.

Edit after scanning
I would like to be able to edit a pdf in Imaging, specifically to reduce the size of the scan after it is uploaded directly to Redtail. I can do this when I scan to the hard drive and then upload, but not when I scan directly into Imaging.
