  1. Add documents to workflows!

    We really need to be able to link Documents to workflows. We have several workflows for trades and such that we need to attach spreadsheets to, the way we can on activities. There are a few workflows we haven't built because we can't attach Documents to them like you can to an Activity. This is super frustrating!

  2. Documents

    I have uploaded documents on some but not all of my clients. It would be nice to see an indicator that there are uploaded documents next to the document tab to remind me to look there. Maybe even a number matching the number of uploaded documents. ie: Three uploaded documents, the number 3 in red would show up next to the document tab

  3. View past due Workflow activities / Roll forward past due Workflow Activities

    The Workflow screen on the main CRM page shows workflow tasks due that day. However, there is no ability to see, or roll forward, past-due workflow activities.

    I am suggesting functionality similar to the view/roll-forward capabilities for past due Activities, just applying it to Workflow tasks.

  5. Notes on Workflows

    It would be great to have a general place for notes on a workflow, kind of like they are on Activities. That way, there's no need to go looking for a note on step notes or tax comments.

  6. Workflow Template Filter Option

    Allow the filter to only show active workflows by default. Every time I go in, I filter my active workflow templates, go into one of them, and go back to the template list and I have to filter again. I do not want to delete the other ones, just want to remove them from view until I actually want to see them.

  7. Workflow Task Display on the Today Page

    It is currently very challenging for our team to stay on top of workflow tasks since they are displayed in a separate area from Activities and also since they are only displayed in the “Workflow tasks to do today” section on the day that they are due. We currently have a TON of past due workflows, but it is very easy to forget since we don’t see the tasks listed out on the Today page unless they are due “today.” Please make it possible to filter the “Workflow tasks to do today” section on the Today page to show past…

  8. Select & Send Clients from a Workflows to Search

    It would be really helpful to be able to send contacts from a Workflow List into Search. The bulk actions available in Search are awesome, but often we want clients listed in Workflows to have those same bulk options.

    Example:
    Workflow is on "reach out to schedule" step of the review workflow. Select all Workflows and hit "Send to Search". Once these clients are in the same search query, we would be able to send a broadcast email with a calendar link.

    Other Possible Solution: Add bulk action options in the Workflows List page

  9. Make a workflow step's due date relative to previous step's completion

    Instead of scheduling a task's due date relative to the workflow's due date, we would like to be able to schedule it relative to when the previous step was completed. For example, have step one due a day after the workflow is made, and step two due one week after step one was completed.

    In addition, workflow tasks should remain on your "today" page from the day they are due until the day they are marked complete. That way if you are not in the office, or unable to do it on the day it is due, you won't forget…

  10. Workflow bulk actions for date changes

    It would be great to be able to pull up (your) workflows and bulk-action them to a (same) date.....instead of individually moving each one forward/to another date each day. Thanks, Team RedTail!!!

  11. Add Workflow Task Notes

    We are currently having issues accessing the notes documented within the description box of workflow tasks. If task notes are are captured in the step notes box it can quickly become a jumbled mess. For example, we have a workflow with 2 steps and within those 2 steps are about 5 tasks all assigned to different people. Are the notes for all 5 of the different tasks assigned to different people supposed to be jumbled in a no particular order within the step notes box.   12. Workflow due dates

    Is there a way to create a workflow that assigns task due dates within the workflow based on the number of days from creation of workflow as opposed to number of days from target date? We have a workflow for a process that frequently has varying amounts of time from creation to target date. Assigning due dates based on number of days before target date sometimes gives me tasks that are due in the past (before creation of workflow) and sometimes the first task is due two weeks after creation of workflow.

  14. Save all emails as notes

    Currently, we can manually choose to save the emails we send through the CRM or set up the templates to automatically check the box to save. Can we look at adding a preference where every single email we send through the CRM automatically has the "Save As Note" box checked? Thanks!

  17. Have the ability to move workflow tasks out of order

    Currently workflow tasks will not let you move forward unless completing, However, sometimes things go out of order. Having the ability to move items within the workflow will allow us to keep moving forward. Currently it just gets stuck if one task is delayed and we can't move on.

  19. Workflow task bulk delete

    Add radio buttons to the left of each workflow task so I can bulk delete a number of tasks all at once. Our meeting workflow template has every task that may need to be completed for a client meeting and inevitably some tasks need to be deleted from every workflow.

  20. email journaling

    Our former CRM system Wealthbox allowed us to seamlessly journal emails from microsoft office once they connected. How come Redtail cant? Why is it so difficult to connect microsoft office? We would gladly pay to have it easier.
