  1. Add documents to workflows!

    We really need to be able to link Documents to workflows. We have several workflows for trades and such that we need to attach spreadsheets to, the way we can on activities. There are a few workflows we haven't built because we can't attach Documents to them like you can to an Activity. This is super frustrating!

  2. View past due Workflow activities / Roll forward past due Workflow Activities

    The Workflow screen on the main CRM page shows workflow tasks due that day. However, there is no ability to see, or roll forward, past-due workflow activities.

    I am suggesting functionality similar to the view/roll-forward capabilities for past due Activities, just applying it to Workflow tasks.

  3. Documents

    I have uploaded documents on some but not all of my clients. It would be nice to see an indicator that there are uploaded documents next to the document tab to remind me to look there. Maybe even a number matching the number of uploaded documents. ie: Three uploaded documents, the number 3 in red would show up next to the document tab

  5. Workflow Template Filter Option

    Allow the filter to only show active workflows by default. Every time I go in, I filter my active workflow templates, go into one of them, and go back to the template list and I have to filter again. I do not want to delete the other ones, just want to remove them from view until I actually want to see them.

  6. Workflow Task Display on the Today Page

    It is currently very challenging for our team to stay on top of workflow tasks since they are displayed in a separate area from Activities and also since they are only displayed in the “Workflow tasks to do today” section on the day that they are due. We currently have a TON of past due workflows, but it is very easy to forget since we don’t see the tasks listed out on the Today page unless they are due “today.” Please make it possible to filter the “Workflow tasks to do today” section on the Today page to show past…

  8. Make a workflow step's due date relative to previous step's completion

    Instead of scheduling a task's due date relative to the workflow's due date, we would like to be able to schedule it relative to when the previous step was completed. For example, have step one due a day after the workflow is made, and step two due one week after step one was completed.

    In addition, workflow tasks should remain on your "today" page from the day they are due until the day they are marked complete. That way if you are not in the office, or unable to do it on the day it is due, you won't forget…

  9. Add Workflow Task Notes

    We are currently having issues accessing the notes documented within the description box of workflow tasks. If task notes are are captured in the step notes box it can quickly become a jumbled mess. For example, we have a workflow with 2 steps and within those 2 steps are about 5 tasks all assigned to different people. Are the notes for all 5 of the different tasks assigned to different people supposed to be jumbled in a no particular order within the step notes box.   10. Workflow due dates

    Is there a way to create a workflow that assigns task due dates within the workflow based on the number of days from creation of workflow as opposed to number of days from target date? We have a workflow for a process that frequently has varying amounts of time from creation to target date. Assigning due dates based on number of days before target date sometimes gives me tasks that are due in the past (before creation of workflow) and sometimes the first task is due two weeks after creation of workflow.

  11. Save all emails as notes

    Currently, we can manually choose to save the emails we send through the CRM or set up the templates to automatically check the box to save. Can we look at adding a preference where every single email we send through the CRM automatically has the "Save As Note" box checked? Thanks!

  15. Client Review - it would be helpful to be able to add the "last review date"

    First or initial review date is important, next (future) review date is necessary but a last review date would be much more helpful to log when the last review was done

  18. Generating the next step/task in a workflow.....

    Instead of showing ALL the steps/tasks due on the calendar, a step/task should not show up on the calendar until the previous step/task is completed. Example: Step 1/Task 1 (marked completed) then the next Task 2 within the Step 1 is generated. Once all the tasks have been generated 1 at a time and completed then the Step 2 would generate. That way the calendar is not bombarded with so many tasks. This is especially helpful when so many steps/tasks are generated for a multitude of clients.

  19. Ability to edit font in every redtail application i.e. templates, workflows, notes, tasks etc.

    more options to edit font like add color or change size when creating templates, adding notes, creating tasks etc. would make easier to create instructions others can follow as well as quicker when searching or something and visually pleasing

  20. Make a "this was a client review" check box in notes and activities

    There should be a separate field that we can use to report on client reviews in notes and activities. Currently, if you want to search notes for all of a client's reviews, you have to set up a custom category for it or use specific words to search. If there was a check box "this was a client review", then a report would easily show the history of all client reviews and would allow for better flexibility in charting client contacts.
