  1. Automation for clients prior to significant age

    Would like an automation that notifies us prior (60 days?) to a client turning: 50,55,62,65 and 72?

  3. Head of household contact info should auto populate to living spouse record

    When a head of household dies, the living spouse becomes head of household. When I make that switch, none of the contact information carry's over to the new head of household record, so I have to re-enter. should this not be automatic?

  5. New alert feature for when a workflow step has moved to you

    New alert feature for when a workflow step has moved to you - so in the right hand corner of the home page it will have a notification pop up so that you know a new task has been moved to you. Otherwise people forget to click there.

  6. A Send Templated Email starts a worflow

    We use template emails a lot. It would be great if there was an automation that if a templated email is sent from Redtail it would kick off an workflow.

  7. Schedule or Send Email Later Option

    When we are working with email templates I would like see to the option to schedule when the email is sent. You can only send it immediately. A send later option would be good if we are working on an evening, weekend or would prefer if a client receives the email at a certain time.

  8. Currently we are unable to use the redtail calendar to send meeting requests as a function of the outlook calendar to recipients.

    The goal would be to not need to send appointment requests through outlook directly in order to establish, confirm with participants, adjust time or day with other invitees the time, day, and location of an agreed upon appointment among two or more people. Currently we are unable to use the redtail calendar due to its limited ability to interact with outlook as changes occur

  9. It would be very helpful if Red Tail had an automatic refresh.

    I work with a client appointment calendar and unless I remember to refresh the calendar, I won't see cancellations or changes to our daily appointment schedule.

  10. Show Account Owner Name when "Show Family Accounts" is selected, Family tag is inconvenient

    When I have "Show Family Accounts" selected the best option I have to see which account belongs to which family member is to hover over the "Family" tag?? This will sound lazy, but that is a bit inconvenient. It would be much preferred to just have a column added when this option is selected that shows the account owner's name. Since this request has been offered and upvoted many times, I am sure others agree.

  11. Know Your Customer Automation

    I would want to be able to automate the Know your Customer data. For example, if I log a note or complete a review activity, I may want it to update "First Review Date" in KYC, so the calendar tracker would align to my actual calls.

  12. Opportunity Follow-Ups

    I would want the ability to set a follow-up date on opportunities. Right now you can only set a close date.

    I would envision a tile on the today page that would show my opportunities to follow-up on today.

  13. Once a step is completed it would be nice to be able to add another step note if something was forgotten or incorrect.

    In the note pop up add another option for a "new" note in addition to close window.

  14. opportunity filter

    We'd like the opportunity to save our filter choices so we consistently receive the data we are seeking rather than needing to re-filter every time we go to the opportunities screen.

    For example, at the end of 2019, we had opportunities that were pushed out to 2020 close dates. These were removed from the default view until you filtered to include those dates. We had to continually re-filter to be sure we weren't missing any of our current opportunities because the filter defaulted back to 2019 calendar year.

    We'd like a way to archive opportunities by year so the information at the top (Closed Won and Closed Lost) is for the current year only rather than since the beginning of time.

  19. Link a contact to Multiple Folders in Imaging

    Currently we can only link a contact to one folder in imaging. It would be helpful to allow 2 or more folders for clients who have both personal and group retirement plan accounts.

    Example of my Imaging Library:

    -Client 1
    -Client 2
    -Client 3
    -ABC Corp 401(k)
    *Participant A
    *Participant B
    *Client 2

    Because Client 2 is already linked to their "personal folder" I can't link them to their own sub-folder within the 401(k) plan. When viewing in the CRM, I won't see these documents unless I remember to manually search for them.

  20. Make a "this was a client review" check box in notes and activities

    There should be a separate field that we can use to report on client reviews in notes and activities. Currently, if you want to search notes for all of a client's reviews, you have to set up a custom category for it or use specific words to search. If there was a check box "this was a client review", then a report would easily show the history of all client reviews and would allow for better flexibility in charting client contacts.
