It doesn't really make sense how a lot of info that is on the household lvl isn't shared that way within RT. They only grab contact info.

This report is essentially useless without additional filters. Typically we only use this report for regulatory purposes so I have no use for knowing where my prospects and business associates reside. Custom exports or the advanced search would be a workaround, but then what's the point of a quick button report? I'd have to use so many parameters for the advanced search our build it out 50 times. Also, not being able to choose which address to generate from could be sticky; snowbird clients have 2 separate mailing address so the primary shifts through the year.

For the time being I will use a UDF; however, it should be added to KYC information, along with the IPS, IAA, ADV, and other dates.

In addition more filter options for the workflows view would be great. You can filter by workflow owner, but I'd like to filter by task owner. The options now are very limited. I'm losing track of workflows bc there's too many and the views are not condensed enough, or condensed too much. Reminders that actually alert you would be beneficial as well, instead of just a reminder section, which again is too much and not filter friendly.

This would be a great added feature! My firm operates by household and to work around this I've chosen to use keywords and tag groups on what we would consider the primary household member. I'll add it to the spouse if they've requested their email be cc'd on any broadcast messages.
