  3. The "Comment" option at the bottom of an old note is great for this but it doesn't stand out very well. Maybe Redtail could make it more not

  4. allow for user and client invitees on a calendar to accept or decline invite and add to external calendar

    This would be extremely useful! Clearly, if the suffix is different or the middle name / initial is different, they are not the same individual. Please consider changing this for the duplicate name report
