Please allow us to customize account status as there are more states of an account other than; Closed, Open, Pending, or Under Review.

We need:
Annuitized, Internal Transfer, Declined, etc.

    AGREE! @Ray Tucker - We need lapsed, surrendered, death claim, & denied.

    I agree 100% with this idea. It will help by allowing a quick glance if a policy lapsed, surrendered, death claim without having to open the account.
