  4. In "Comments" when adding a note related to the original, please add a spot to notify a team member. We have been asking for this for years.

  5. Ability to do a keyword search through notes, and ability to search for notes added during a specific time period.

    YES! Color/highlighting in both notes and activities would be SO nice, and it seems so simple and easy. Back in the day when I used an actual pen & paper planner, I color coded, highlighted, bolded, etc. I would still like that now. Especially as an admin assistant, where I put activities in for my advisor and I would like to draw his attention to something before he makes that call to a client as a 'for instance.' I don't even need anything extremely fancy, but just...so much yes to this!
