Edit Notes
Ability to edit notes after they are created.

It would be great if we could edit notes, to add to them after new conversations or new information is provided instead of having to create a new note.

When a workflow is initially started, you can enter details regarding the task at hand. It would be AMAZING if this summary (and the step notes too) were editable. We have several workflow ideas (such as our new account process) that would be great, but these need to be editable as things usually change in one way or another by the time all tasks are done.

It is a pain to have to delete the note and start over to make an edit. We do not see the ability to edit as a compliance issue. Especially if deleting the note is allowed anyway.

I realize this is a Compliance issue to be able to edit a note that's already been posted but the "Comments" option is too hidden. Maybe just make it more visible?

This would be helpful, however, I believe Redtail will say they can't implement this due to compliance reasons that is what I was told on a phone call. Those who are granted the ability can delete notes...so why can't we edit when Redtail already tracks every edit on the Timeline?

Never going to happen. Notes aren't editable for compliance reasons. If you could edit a note, somone could "go back in time" to cover for a mistake.

Give us the ability to edit our notes once posted, not just add an additional comment below the note.

From a compliance perspective they can not.
Best Work Around: copy same note, edit it and then delete old note.
