We look to Notes for a quick glance of key activities that may impact the advisor's recommendations and actions. Unfortunately, any emails sent out via FMG are automatically categorized as "General." We send out emails that relate to client events, reminders to schedule a meeting, newsletter communications, etc. We would like to be able to have those automatically tagged with the category we have set up that corresponds to each.

Yes, it's *extremely* frustrating that there is no way to filter via contacts, generate a report, or otherwise see this information, in bulk. It makes it virtually impossible to consolidate and clean up the database.
