An error occurred while saving the comment I'd like to be able to wiew step notes when hovering on the word "Step notes" in workflows.

An error occurred while saving the comment The awesome way to do this, would be to have a number of templated "Workflow step notes" in the main "Manager your account" page.
THEN, within the workflow template, you could specify which templated notes are available to choose from, when completing a step.

An error occurred while saving the comment This is critical to be able to do this from a compliance standpoint.
Our workaround for this is to paste a link to a file on our server into step notes. However, this is less than ideal, since that file can later be altered and still linked to that permanent record in step notes. Not ideal.

An error occurred while saving the comment Also would be great if there was a "link spouse" button present (if there is a spousal contact present). This could be used in Workflows, Notes, Activities etc.

An error occurred while saving the comment Also would be great to be able to select the defaulted outcome in the template (even if there are multiple). The defaulted outcome would be selected when completing the step, but still editable if one of the non-default outcomes is required. This would save a click very very often.

This is sooo important. Please implement this.
Also, it would be great if future dated workflow steps could have a contingent date. Ie, it's due at the earlier of X after the workflow target date, OR X days after the step before it is completed... whichever is earlier.
This would improve the flow of tasks when projects are going quicker than anticipated, or quicker than the workflow's defaulted time line.
