    we have run into many issues with this as we grow. with multiple advisors now we are working through implementation of privacy settings. Teams need to be disabled for cleanup and I cannot determine where we need to apply or update permissions across the universe so as not to have a multitude of activities that show as "private" and no user being able to update them because a team has been "disabled" While not asking RT to change/update ANY activities for permissions it would be imperative as admin to determine which activities are set to whom for privacy so we can update and clean up. Some recurring tasks that have been passed from ops user to ops user over time may have a team privacy set and i simply can't run the universe for each and every task one by one to determine over thousand of open tasks

    This would be imperative for our office in expansion. We would see the need to set these permissions either to follow the linked contact permissions, or Imaging to allow folder creator to select at individual folders within the same library during creation of the folder - either would be acceptable, but the complete openness is counter intuitive to setting permissions on a contact that anyone could access imaging on the back end...

    Agreed, would be helpful to have a project management tab. Workflows is not properly set up to track long involved projects, keep all the notes, spin out tasks and meetings. Would want to see all projects at high level, where they stand to completion, report the completed vs remaining for any given individual or set of projects. Most importantly, would want to track thee outside of the view/tab where we are tracking the day to day workflows for clients on much shorter time frames
