all of the issues here create MASSIVE inefficiencies from an operations standpoint. Our team is looking for continued support in time saving tools, not systems that take MORE time from our day.

The new format is WILDLY inefficient and completely impedes updating client imaging folders for any sort of file corrections, cleanup projects.

as stated previously, it seems only logical that the system should allow for the same privacy settings allowed in tasks to be set on workflows as well. For a team with multiple advisors, this is absolutely crucial to operation concerns

this could be SUPER helpful in creating a more Project oriented page, list of outstanding that could be "grouped" in some way as well?

this is a primary reason cannot stay with RedTail long term. The inability to lock imaging across contact permissions is entirely ridiculous. RedTail is not scalable for any RIA looking to expand/grow if this basic functionality cannot be implemented. How is it possible a solution cannot be implemented with 10 years!?!?!?!? Why is focus on font and hiding menus prioritized over security of advisor contacts across a database based on which advisors have permission??
