yCharts Integration
With yCharts growing as quickly as it has been as an alternative to Morningstar Workstation, it would be nice to have it integrated with Redtail so that we can quickly run reports/analysis on client portfolios and/or research different investments in one place.

filter workflow by owner
i know you can sort by owner but I would like to see a FILTER by owner. seems like this would be an obvious one.

sync redtail hosted calendar and contacts
This suggestion was closed as completed, but nobody in support seems to know how to sync redtail hosted email/calendar/contacts with tailwag.
redtail connect sync to redtail hosted email/calendar
Why doesn't redtail connect work directly with redtail hosted email/calendars? It's really cumbersome to have to set up an additional microsoft 365 email to use redtail connect. link notes to workflow
It would be super helpful if you could link a note to another note (instead of just adding a comment to a note) when a note is related to a previously written note. It would also be super useful to be able to link an existing note to a workflow (or activity or opportunity. I know you can add a new note for activities and opportunities, but I don't believe you can add an existing note). Like, say the Advisor has a conversation with a client about a distribution request and makes a note in redtail about the request. Then…

Redtail Scheduling
Just like you guys have Redtail imaging it would be nice to have Redtail scheduling! An integration where clients can go to our websites, or we can send links out via email to schedule appointments. Either a phone call or in office appointment. Client can see set times and dates available and they pick what they want. They can even leave a note about what they want to talk about in their appointment. System would send out a reminder email to the client the day before. Client could also cancel from the reminder email with a reason. It would be…

Workflow Dates
It would be helpful to have steps run at the same time but with different due dates. I understand you can complete tasks in any order under one step, but tasks can not currently able to be assigned due dates or even start/notification dates.

Have a ##Greeting## email merge field to address a couple or individual appropriately
We suggest adding a place in the clients' basic info for a greeting and a corresponding ##Greeting## email merge field to allow both spouses' names or the individuals' name as you wish it to appear in emails.
We would like to send an email with a like "Hi John and Jane" or if the person is single "Hi John"
With current options you can only put in ##Firstname## and ##SpouseFirstname## or ##Familyname##. Add wording for "Primary" and "Secondary" advisor or make "Servicing" and "Writing Advisor" editable.
We have used the terminology of "Primary" and "Secondary" Advisor for our clients. To keep it consistent with what we have done, we would like to be able to edit the current system.
Also, we would like to be able to add another role called "Relationship" advisor.

Link a contact to Multiple Folders in Imaging
Currently we can only link a contact to one folder in imaging. It would be helpful to allow 2 or more folders for clients who have both personal and group retirement plan accounts.
Example of my Imaging Library:
-Client 1
-Client 2
-Client 3
-ABC Corp 401(k)
*Participant A
*Participant B
*Client 2Because Client 2 is already linked to their "personal folder" I can't link them to their own sub-folder within the 401(k) plan. When viewing in the CRM, I won't see these documents unless I remember to manually search for them.

GoToWebinar to sync to Redtail Seminars
Enable GoToWebinar integration so that when people register for a webinar, it will auto add them to a linked seminar in Redtail. This is should happen without the need of Zapier, which would require us to pay for an extra service that other CRM's have figured out how to offer already.

Would like the ability to add a Step Note without Uncompleting a Task already Completed
It is cumbersome to have to go back through a Step and mark formerly completed tasks because the Note feature changed the status.

Allow more than one attachment when using internal email
Right now you can only attach ONE attachment. We should be able to attach multiple attachments when we are sending emails using internal email.

work on more than one step at a time
I would like to be able to work on more than one step at a time. I have 3 things that need to happen at once that need to be in one work flow and not 3. I have actually made about 6 different workflows to make the process work. Not everything goes along with our timeline, so just cause i am waiting for one item in a step I want to be able to open the rest

Add multiple contacts to Workflows
When you are attempting to automate a workflow by starting when you set a specified activity, it would be great if you are able to link multiple contacts to a single workflow. This would be especially useful since many client meetings are between 2 spouses and an advisor.
One way of fixing it would be to allow you to enter multiple contacts within the linked contact section on a new activity. Otherwise, if you can make it so that you can link a household name as the linked contact, that would work as well. This would help immensely when it…

shared family contact address and phone info
We often don't have address info for adult children of clients. When adding an adult child to a family - we use this to group them instead of memberships - we'd like to have an option to classify them as an adult child and have that classification mean that the family head's address and phone info will NOT automatically populate in the adult child's contact card.

Default view option on Workflow screen
When I visit the workflow section it would be nice the default to our Team or User as the view, and then I can make adjustments as needed. Thanks

Simplify the ability to add a single task to a user as a workflow task
I need the ability to add a single task to a database user. It is not an activity it is a task. A task that does need to be completed by a certain date which makes it a workflow task. For example, a task to "update a in office form" with completion date of XX/XX/XXXX. **********I would want the user to see it in their workflow tasks that are active and still need to be completed.
